- Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates, bringing the best fitness gear and supplements right to your door.
We’re not shipping internationally just yet, but we’re working on it!
- How long does delivery take?
We process orders pretty quickly—within 1–2 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on where you’re located in the UAE. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
- Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free for orders over AED 350—you’re welcome!
If your order is under AED 350, a small shipping fee will be added at checkout.
- How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email or message with a tracking link—so you’ll know exactly when to expect your new gear or supplements.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We make payment easy with options like major credit/debit cards, secure online payments, and even Cash on Delivery (COD). Pick what works best for you!
- Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, absolutely!
Returns: You’ve got 2 days to request a return.
Exchanges: You can exchange your items within 5 days.
Just make sure everything is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
(Heads up: clearance items are final sale and can’t be returned.)
