We know you’re excited to receive your fitness gear, supplements, or personal training add-ons—and we’re just as excited to get them to you! That’s why we run a 24/7 operation, making sure your order gets processed and prepped as quickly as possible.

Where Do We Deliver?

We currently deliver across the UAE—from the city to more remote areas.

We don’t ship internationally yet, but it’s on our radar for the future!

How Fast is Delivery?

Orders are processed 7 days a week, including weekends!

Orders placed before 10:00 AM (UAE time) will be processed the same day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM will roll over and be processed the next day.

Most deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

During holidays or big sale events, shipping may take a bit longer—we appreciate your patience!

Delivery Fees

Spend AED 350 or more? Delivery’s on us—free shipping!

Orders below AED 350 will have a standard shipping fee, which you’ll see clearly during checkout.

If your order includes larger or heavier items, we might apply a small additional fee—but don’t worry, we’ll contact you before shipping.

In some remote areas or outside standard delivery zones, your order may be delivered to the nearest courier branch for pickup or handled by a third-party courier (extra fees may apply).

We process orders every day of the week—yes, even weekends!

Our team works around the clock to make sure things move fast.

Cutoff time: Orders placed after 10:00 AM are processed the next day.

OD Check at Delivery

To make sure your order gets to you safely, our delivery partners may ask to see your Emirates ID or passport. If the ID can’t be verified, we may need to cancel the delivery for your protection.

Receiving Your Order

Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery at your address.

If no one’s available, the courier might reschedule or return the package.

While we aim to be super prompt, please understand that some delays may happen due to courier issues or circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping Promos

Sometimes we treat you with free shipping offers across all products.

These promos may not apply to clearance or discounted items.

If your cart has both promo-eligible and ineligible items, shipping fees will reflect accordingly.

We reserve the right to limit free shipping on large or bulk orders from resellers.
